"I'm not dead yet!"
Lost was as brilliant as evar last week. V. creepy, though. & q. mysterious. Am ever so eager to see what happens with the demon baby or whatever.
Hetty Wainthropp Investigates is the cutest thing evar! Dom is all of eighteen years old and he's so young and adorable! He shoplifts and works at a grocery market. Je l'aime.
Friday e'ening I travelled to Ursinus College for a performance of Handel's Messiah. Was fun. V. g. music. Felt anachronistic. The one cellist was really hot à la Billy Boyd, also. ^^;
Yesterday went shopping with brother for birthday/Xmas sleeping bag at REI. As he is now a boy scout, he needs these outdoorsy, camping things. I got a little sporty pink yoga!cami marked down from $35 to $9.83 in the clearance section. Perhaps will induce more athleticism on my part. . . . no, not likely.
Ate at Golden Dragon afterward. "A golden egg of opportunity falls into your lap this month." It inspired me to add 'golden egg' to my vocabulary. "Oh, look at that SUV in the parking lot! A golden egg of pollution!"
I finally took apart my pre-laptop computer setup. Removing the enormous monitor freed up a lot of space on my desk. Better feng shui, too, I'm sure. Am working on cleaning the rest of my room, but there's a long way to go.
Can I go to college now?
I'll ask my mom about the feng shui for ya! ;) yay for lost
my sister and her friend Ian had chinese food last night.
her fortune: In God we trust; everyone else must pay with cash.
ian's fortune: you will buy some new clothes.
i'll get your athletics up if you would like.
it'll be fun i wanna get more exercise into my life. can you teach me to be smart?
Handel = Qué bueno
No. You cannot go to college now.
I wonder if you had applied last year, one of the colleges would've let you skip your senior year to let you go there. I think you're amazing enough for it. But, no sense living in the past.
He stopped typing, and looked over to his picture of Loretta. How long had the picture sat there? 9 years. Still, he could not let her go. Already, dust began to gather upon her glass-covered face; no matter how many times he brushed it away, it would always get covered again. He picked up the frame to brush away the dust.
"No sense living in the past."
He wiped off the dust and put on his shoes. The night wind assaulted his face as he headed towards the garage. Retrieving a shovel, he walked to the garden where Loretta had spent so many spring and summer days. The soil was cold and hard with the night's frost, but he dug as deeply as he could. Without removing the photograph from its frame, he dropped it in the hole.
"No sense living in the past."
You know, I'm a weird person.
I totally climbed the rockwall at REI once...I beasted that thing times ten! Well, except for the advanced part of the wall. I'm sad to say it had its way with me. ::sigh::
OH! The other day...I was crossing this street and I saw a crosswalk sign! I almost began doing the Crosswalk and then my mom gave me this weird look. I tried to explain but she just didn't get it lol.
