when it rains, it pours

the week in recap.

last sunday i realized i had a shit load of work to do for the week. a presentation to give friday that had to be mostly done by wednesday. a paper due tuesday and a paper due thursday. a pset due on friday. and i had to get it done early because berry would be arriving on thursday.

oh, and it is also campusmoviefest and we signed up to make a movie. i-i...

i pretty much worked all day monday. then on tuesday, after meeting with my ta to go over my presentation and having him tell me i'm great, and after a kind visit with rian, i had to pick up marley, who, surprise!, is in town this week too. oh, and, meara is visiting this week too? so we all went out to eat ice cream and it was all ril very kind.

wednesday swept by with me & helene looking at slides of rat brains with a microscope from 1-5pm. oh, and two of lauren's friends are visiting now also.

i wrote my paper for my thursday night class all thursday morning, then rushed off to the airport to pick up berry. i was essentially done for the week, except for the three-hour class i had to sit through, 7-10pm, and the presentation i had to give the next morning at noon.

dropped berry off at teeny's, went to class, got berry again, went to a frat. drank irresponsibly.

next morning. oh, a snow storm, how kind. feelin a lilly bit sick in linguistics recitation. give presentation to three people [not counting the ta & lab manager] on GAP-43 in mice. then onto lunch with berry & the weekenddddddd.

you'd think i would have a pleasant, relaxing weekend after prolly the most stressful week of my life. but somehow i stay up until 5 am friday & saturday night. and i waste away sunday, mostly feeling exhausted.

but it is a new day today. i have two loads of laundry in the wash. i will take a shower soon. spring break starts next weekend. i don't think i have much work to do this week. feelin good.
