spring break 2005 cambridge

i was reading a copy of jane magazine i found at besk & came across

we have no idea why joss stone is calling her third album introducing joss stone, but we're fascinated by the singer jumping on the pink-hair bandwagon

i didn't even know there WAS a pink-hair bandwagon. but it's too late now, because i've fallen off it.

tired of dealing with roots, i went for a "soft black" look.

this picture was taken [by gabe] before the second round of hair-dying that probably quadrupled my chances of cancer but also reduced the number of odd pink streaks remaining on my head.

in other news, SPRING BREAK 2005 [sic] CAMBRIDGE. i tidied up our room, cleared out our [disgusting] sink, and even finally got someone to replace our burnt out refrigerator light. i've been able to see what i'm eating for the first time in months and months.

spent a million hours this afternoon formatting & reformatting my resume, but at least i'm at besk, so i will be paid handsomely for it.

still to do: launder sheets & towels, actually e-mail people about summer research jobs, do financial aid & taxes stuff, COMPLETE A BUNCH OF WORK THAT IS DUE THE MONDAY, TUESDAY, & WEDNESDAY AFTER SPRING BREAK, and buy bus tickets to montreal?

and last night we watched that pinnacle of cinematic achievement, stick it. my life is too glamorous for you to comprehend.
