igår rian and i started to learn svenska. after listening to lots of sound files of singsong phrases, we decided we wanted to immerse ourselves in the language and watch a swedish movie. about love.
so we went to the wikipedia entry on swedish cinema and decided on fucking åmål. we found a torrent to download, and eight years later were sitting in a lecture hall with egg & duggan & seohyung as the movie began to play.
then we realised the subtitles were in portugese. and only about one-twentieth of the lines were translated.
but we watched the movie anyway.
ps: white hoodie + white tee + white skirt + white leggings + stolen socks from lauren because apparently i don't own any white socks + pink legwarmers + white belt + glittery pink yarn tail + yellow construction paper horn + pink headband + shiny gold shoes = UNICORN COSTUME.
