Starting Friday at noon:17 was Mystery Hunt 2006! I spent the better part of 36 hours in a classroom working on ridiculous puzzles and even solved a couple. Alberta border cross due south.
It alternated between hilarious fun and mind-numbing frustration. Interesting fact: things are a lot funnier when you're running low on sleep. Carnival bag, etc.
This week we [Kyrstin, Kiki, & moi] also investigated the mysterious frozen yogurt flavour alfin [perhaps "fat free elfin"] at Ankara Cafe. Once we finally worked up the nerve to order it and after eating an entire dish of it, we still couldn't figure out what it was. So we're probably going to keep going back and ordering alfin until we can solve that mystery.
Also this week: new haircut.
New haircut is currently my computer background.
